Things I spend too much money on (with excuses):

Clothing (I live in a warmer climate now! I can’t wear sweaters all year!)

Kickstarters (It’s an investment! I want Torment to be able to afford the writers I like and plus, everyone needs a calendar with a cat dressed as a unicorn on it)

Vet Bills (Seriously, I dropped $250 on Mr. Fuzz today. It’s worth it and my vet is really nice and gave me a ride home, but man it hurts.)

I really want to buy new clothes and new shoes but I have so many student loans I am trying to pay off fast.

And I wear a uniform to work anyway so it’s not like it matters.

I just wear my hiking shoes everywhere, but damn why do I have to be so responsible.

I wish mint tracked my student loans correctly so paying extra didn’t give me the dreaded “over budget” mark.

It’s very disheartening.

The realization that I can pay off all of my (non student loan) debt with what’s in my bank account is probably the best feeling ever.

I mean, I’m not going to do it quite yet, because I need to actually pay bills with that money. But it is a nice, oh so rare option.
